With more than 25 years of combined experience, Evie Elderkin and Louise Hayman bring deep knowledge of international admissions and a clear understanding of student needs. They have guided students and families across multiple countries and education systems, offering clear, informed perspective on the choices ahead — wherever a student is coming from, and wherever they want to go.
We also understand that the global higher education landscape is constantly evolving. Evie and Louise stay up-to-date with new requirements and trends, passing this knowledge on to students and families so they feel supported and prepared when applying to universities abroad.

Evie Elderkin
Co-Founder · Senior Consultant
Evie Elderkin is a dual US/Australian citizen with a background in both American and Australian education systems. She combines her personal experience and professional expertise to offer a unique perspective on university admissions.
Louise Hayman
Co-Founder · Senior Consultant
Louise has had a career spanning human resources, medical research, adult education, and college consulting. She holds degrees in Science, Arts, Training & Development and Education Counselling.
